About me

I am academic to a fault! degrees/advanced degrees in Semitic Languages/Linguistics, Electrical Engineering, and CompSci (all over the map).

While network admin'ing got caught up in security---some freelancing, and a brief stint (hazing-smile---those guys are good, real good!!) at @stake, inc./Symantec---alot of maturation since then. Now in a corporate security gig @ Thermo Fisher Scientific.

I am gymnastics enthusiast (was in the sport for over 16 years) and fascinated with religion, politics, and language of the Middle East. Also a proud member of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Inc.

Spend my off time mentoring middle and high school students in engineering and science disciplines---and just being good citizens.
